Please review the following points BEFORE applying to The W.E.L.S. Adventure Program:

• The W.E.L.S. Adventure Program is open to 7th & 8th grade youth in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Applicants must be at least 13 years old to apply.

• The 2026 Spring Session starts Sunday, April 26th, and runs for 6 consecutive weeks on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings. 

• Please check your calendar to ensure you can participate in all sessions before applying (one excused absence is allowed).

• 2026 Spring Session dates are as follows: April 26-27, May 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, May 31-June 1. Graduation is Sunday, June 7, at 6:00 PM.

• Youth Applicants: Please fill out the form below to register for the 2026 Spring Session. ***You may ask for assistance from a parent / caregiver, yet the application should be primarily your work.

• Once your application has been reviewed, a W.E.L.S. Coordinator will contact you to set up an interview.
